Eligibility for Adult and Senior Services

At Frank’s Group Home, we are here to help you understand the eligibility requirements for our adult and senior services. Our compassionate team works closely with families to ensure everyone receives the care they need in a safe, nurturing environment.

To qualify for our services, individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Age Requirement – Must be 65 years or older.
• Health & Care Needs – Must require assistance with at least two activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, or mobility.
• Level of Care – Must need assistance with ongoing care to maintain independence or to avoid higher levels of institutional care.
• Residency Requirement – Must be a resident of California.
• Financial Eligibility – May need to meet specific financial guidelines, such as Medicaid requirements, or demonstrate the ability to cover care costs.
